From ‘Oops’ to Art

Checking the hardy plants in my garden the other day and looking for buds, I accidentally broke one off.  Having a soft spot for fresh flowers, I brought this bud in the house and looked for something to put it in.

As the bud was so small, what I came up with was a bottle cap off a liquor bottle and the pouring cap off a salad dressing bottle. Worked perfectly, a few days later the bud opened up and I am now enjoying a fresh flower!
