Flowers, Flowers and More Flowers....Narcissus or Daffodil?

I love spring!  So many flowers popping up every week!

Looking up Narcissus I found a common theme as set out in Wikipedia:

"Narcissus is a genus of mainly hardy, mostly spring-flowering, bulbous perennials in the Amaryllis family, subfamily Amaryllidoideae. Various common names including daffodil, narcissus, and jonquil are used to describe all or some of the genus."

So it sounds to me Narcissus and Daffodil are one and the same - any thoughts?
