Tired Bee?

The first time I saw this bee he spent a long time hanging upside down on this marigold. In fact I thought he was done for but he flew off.  A few days later here he was back again on a different flower.  But he is the most laid-back bee I've ever seen - he does not buzz or flit around, just sits there and in fact in the third picture he actually looks like he's sitting down!
