Wild Turkeys

There seems to be an abundance of Wild Turkeys in the Kootenay Lake, B.C. area - at least on the East side of the Lake.  We quite often spot them just driving down the Highway.  They really are a strange looking bird!  If you cook them properly they are quite good to eat.
