First off, you cannot see a bird in this video, which is the problem! I have been unable to actually see him, he perches on top of the cedar trees at Kootenay Lake, BC and carries on virtually all day. So if someone can identify this bird strictly by the sound, I would very much appreciate knowing! Please listen all the way to the end, he quits in the middle.
